Barista (Indian Nationals)
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
Salary: 1700 USD/month


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Kaunas. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure quality control by monitoring product freshness and following recipe guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista in a cafe or restaurant setting is required
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (no other languages required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred
