Sales Manager
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Wiltz. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase company revenue and achieve sales targets. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals, and monitoring their progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and create effective marketing campaigns
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Pakistani market
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
