Indian Restaurant Manager in Acre, Israel


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Acre, Israel. As the restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory control, and customer service.
- Create and implement business strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
- Train and supervise staff members on proper service standards, menu knowledge, and food safety procedures.
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the restaurant at all times.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, changes in policies or procedures, and address any concerns or suggestions from employees.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a restaurant manager in an Indian cuisine establishment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus).
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff members effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including preparation techniques, ingredients, and traditional dishes.
- Ability to handle high-volume operations while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $1100 per month.

This is a full-time position for an Indian national currently residing in Acre with own visa/work permit. Part-time or remote work arrangements will not be considered.
