Architectural Designer


We are a dynamic architectural design firm based in the bustling city of Shan, seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative designs for various commercial and residential projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for projects
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet all building codes
- Research new materials, techniques, and trends in architecture to incorporate into designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively when solving design problems

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
