Architectural Designer



We are a leading architectural firm based in the bustling city of Shan, Egypt. As we continue to expand our projects and client base, we are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team.

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet our clients' needs and specifications. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other design professionals to develop high-quality architectural plans and drawings.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning structures. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present your designs to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other designers to develop architectural plans and drawings
- Create 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design development
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to gather their requirements and present design concepts
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with accommodation options.

Location:
This position is based in Shan, Egypt. However, due to the current circumstances, remote work may be possible until it is safe to travel.
