We are a dynamic and fast-growing online consultancy firm based in Triesen, Liechtenstein. We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through various online communication channels.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly and accurately
- Offer professional guidance and recommendations tailored to each client's specific needs
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and providing personalized solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in policies or regulations that may impact clients
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention
- Utilize various online tools and platforms to effectively communicate with clients, including email, chat, and video conferencing

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy or advisory capacity
- Native or fluent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
