Online Consultant (Indian Nationals)
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers through various online channels. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on products or services. You must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- No experience required
- Biometric passport required
- Must be able to work without accommodation
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products or services
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues through online communication channels
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Multitasking between different tasks while ensuring timely responses to customers
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and providing feedback to the team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Triesen, Liechtenstein (remote work possible for qualified candidates)
