Plasterer



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. You must have previous experience in plastering and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, cleaning and repairing cracks or holes
- Mix plaster or other materials according to specific instructions
- Apply plaster onto surfaces using trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Smooth out rough spots and fill any gaps or cracks with additional layers of plaster
- Create decorative textures or patterns using specialized tools
- Ensure that the surface is level and smooth before allowing it to dry
- Clean up tools, equipment and work area once job is complete

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Plasterer
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Familiarity with safety measures when working with hazardous materials
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Own visa for working in Norway (preferred)
- Must be comfortable working at heights
