Team Lead - Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve project goals and deliverables. You will also be responsible for managing team performance and ensuring a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving project goals
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to achieve project objectives and deliverables
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities for each team member
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support as needed
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance team efficiency
- Communicate effectively with upper management on project progress, issues, and solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful completion of projects within agreed upon timeframes
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address any concerns, and foster teamwork
- Develop strategies for employee development and career growth within the team

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
