Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or similar role
- Creative flair and excellent design skills
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet
- Availability to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing floral arrangements for various occasions
- Order flowers from suppliers based on inventory levels and customer requests
- Maintain proper care of flowers including pruning, watering, and arranging in vases or containers
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect arrangement for their needs or budget
- Keep track of inventory levels and order new supplies as needed
- Clean and maintain work area to ensure a safe and organized environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers' needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in floral design
