Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

We are a luxury hotel in Las Vegas seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and travel agents, negotiating contracts, and promoting our property through various marketing efforts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Proven track record of successful sales strategies and client retention
- Knowledge of the Las Vegas market preferred

Salary: 1600$ per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
