Executive Chef for International Fine Dining Restaurant in Sheduva

As an Executive Chef for our international fine dining restaurant in Sheduva, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall culinary operations of the establishment. Your expertise in creating and executing high-quality dishes, as well as managing a team of kitchen staff, will ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and vision
- Create new dishes and oversee menu updates to keep offerings fresh and innovative
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and discipline if necessary
- Maintain food quality standards through proper inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality standards
- Stay updated on current food trends and industry developments to continually enhance the restaurant's offerings

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining setting
- Proven track record of creating successful menus with a focus on seasonal ingredients and elevated techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Fluent English language skills required; additional languages are a plus

Salary:
This is a contract job with a competitive salary of $900 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
