Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Siauliai, Lithuania



We are seeking a professional and experienced Concierge to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events or tours
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked concierge desk
- Handle guest complaints, feedback and inquiries in a professional manner
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants and events
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Salary: 1600$
