Crane Operator



We are a well-established construction company based in Isa Town, seeking an experienced and skilled Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crane operation and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect equipment before and after use, reporting any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operation
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including equipment usage, maintenance, and any incidents
- Collaborate with site supervisors to plan and prioritize tasks according to project needs
- Train and mentor new crane operators as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a crane operator
- Valid certification for operating cranes of various sizes and types
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding rigging techniques
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit, able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1400 per month without accommodation.
Location: Isa Town, Bahrain.
