Entry Level Crane Operator

As an Entry Level Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads in a safe and efficient manner. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that materials are transported and placed accurately. This role is based in Isa Town and requires a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, including mobile cranes and tower cranes
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with construction team to determine load requirements and placement
- Safely maneuver loads using hand signals or radio communication
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and equipment usage

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work in Isa Town with flexibility for overtime as needed
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Strong mechanical aptitude with technical knowledge of crane operations
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
- Prior experience operating cranes is not required but preferred
