Hotel Sales Manager - Sheduva, Kenya
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue for our hotel. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to secure new accounts
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Participate in trade shows, events, and networking activities to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience or English proficiency. Accommodation may be provided upon request.
