Plasterboard Worker


Our contracting company in Herzliya is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing plasterboard in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with plasterboard and other building materials, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month, including accommodation. Filipino candidates with a biometric passport are preferred. No English language skills are required for this role.

As a Plasterboard Worker, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Measuring and cutting plasterboard according to precise specifications
- Installing plasterboard on walls and ceilings using appropriate tools and techniques
- Repairing damaged or uneven surfaces prior to installing plasterboard
- Applying joint compounds and tape to seal joints between panels
- Sanding, smoothing, and finishing surfaces for painting or wallpapering
- Following safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Plasterboard Worker or in a similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
- Strong knowledge of different types of plasterboards and their uses
- Basic carpentry skills such as measuring, cutting, and leveling materials
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A biometric passport for ease of travel between projects
