Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the office by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Managing databases and data entry
- Assisting with document preparation and filing
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff
- Providing general administrative support to all departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Salary: $1500 per month
