We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Developer to join our growing team in Akron. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary for our software development processes. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment processes
- Develop and maintain tools for configuration management and infrastructure automation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment and infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and make necessary improvements
- Collaborate with development teams to understand their needs and ensure smooth integration of code into production environments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of software development processes
