We are seeking a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Malindi. As the Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the blast furnace, ensuring that it is running at optimal levels at all times. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a blast furnace environment and a strong understanding of furnace operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the blast furnace according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor temperatures, pressure, and other key indicators to ensure optimal furnace performance
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation
- Maintain accurate records of production and performance data
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely production

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a blast furnace environment is required
- Strong understanding of furnace operations
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship if not already authorized to work in Kenya
