Personal Trainer Assistant
Location: US (flexible)
Salary: $1100 per month


We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Trainer Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness and eager to learn from experienced trainers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the personal trainer in conducting fitness assessments and creating personalized workout plans for clients
- Demonstrate exercises and techniques to clients, ensuring proper form and safety
- Monitor clients during workouts and provide feedback and encouragement as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, including equipment upkeep and sanitization
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments

Requirements:
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
