Restaurant Manager (Oslo, Norway)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Create schedules for staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain consistency in operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month. We also offer visa sponsorship for international candidates.
