Loader Operator



We are currently hiring a Loader Operator to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials from trucks, transports, and other vehicles. This is a full time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and bulldozers to load and unload materials
- Read and interpret work orders to determine loading requirements
- Ensure proper positioning of materials on trucks or other vehicles
- Maintain and inspect equipment regularly for safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the equipment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate loading and unloading process
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment is a plus but not required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Must be detail-oriented and have good problem-solving skills

This position is open to both male and female candidates. No English language skills are required as long as you can understand basic instructions in Arabic. We welcome both local candidates as well as expats who have valid working permits.
