Project Manager - Construction (Female Preferred) - Os, Kazakhstan


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our growing construction team in Os, Kazakhstan. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and extensive knowledge of construction processes and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Lead project meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Identify potential risks or delays in projects and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Good understanding of procurement processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
