Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in construction project management to join our team in Herzliya. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from planning to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, suitable for men who are fluent in English and have the necessary work visa or permit.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects according to budget, timeline and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Review and approve project plans, designs and specifications
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to management
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans if needed
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control
- Report on project progress, budget and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in construction project management (minimum 3 years)
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and legal requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
