Office Manager for Indian-owned Company in Nakuru, Kenya
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our Indian-owned company in Nakuru, Kenya. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Create and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and files for financial transactions, invoices, contracts, and other important documents.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office services such as IT support, maintenance, and cleaning.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English required.
- Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
