Turner for Contract Work in Herzliya, Israel



We are a reputable manufacturing company in Herzliya and we are urgently seeking a skilled Turner to join our team on a contract basis. As a Turner, your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain various machine tools to produce precision metal parts according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Turner and should possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machine tools
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Inspect finished products for defects
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machines as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Turner in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical skills and ability to read engineering drawings
- Proficient with various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
