Warehouse Associate - Mombasa, Kenya

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks within a warehouse environment. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, have basic math skills, and be able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and fill customer orders from stock
- Pack and ship orders according to company standards
- Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
- Basic math skills for inventory management purposes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment process
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed

Salary: $1600 per month.
