English Tutor


We are seeking a patient and dedicated English Tutor to join our team in Muscat, Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to individuals of all ages who are looking to improve their English language skills. Your main goal will be to help students develop their reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities through personalized lesson plans and activities.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement customized lesson plans based on the individual needs of each student
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in person or online
- Help students improve their reading comprehension, writing skills, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- Provide feedback and guidance on assignments and exams
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Communicate with parents or guardians about students' progress and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress

Requirements:
- Native English speaker with a Bachelor's degree in English language or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience teaching/tutoring English as a second language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students of different ages and skill levels
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms is a plus

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Muscat, Oman (foreigners welcome)

Note: This position does not require prior teaching experience or fluency in the local language. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who are fluent in English.
