We are seeking a skilled Blast Furnace Worker to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Blast Furnace Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces in a safe and efficient manner. This includes monitoring equipment, adjusting controls, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Operate blast furnace according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor equipment and make necessary adjustments to maintain proper temperature, pressure, and flow rates
- Troubleshoot any mechanical or operational issues that may arise
- Conduct regular inspections of the furnace and report any maintenance needs
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the furnace
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Blast Furnace Operator or similar role
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of chemistry principles related to furnace operation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary

Preference will be given to Nepali citizens or foreigners with valid work permits. English proficiency is not required for this position. This is a full-time role with a salary of $1400 per month, accommodation provided, and visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
