We are seeking a responsible and caring Babysitter to join our family in Sheduva, Lithuania. As an English-speaking Babysitter, you will be responsible for taking care of our child/children while ensuring their safety and well-being. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, including accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for our child/children
- Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary requirements
- Engage in age-appropriate activities such as games, arts and crafts, and outdoor playtime
- Help with homework or school assignments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of toys, play areas, and other children's belongings
- Follow the parents' established routines and guidelines for the child/children
- Communicate regularly with the parents regarding the child's progress, behavior, and any concerns

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Previous experience working as a babysitter or nanny
- Knowledge of basic first aid and safety procedures for children
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- Flexibility with working hours as some evenings or weekends may be required
