Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Bungoma, Kenya)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Proficient in preparing a wide variety of Indian dishes
- Strong understanding of spices, herbs, and flavor combinations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
