Personal Trainer

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients in our state-of-the-art facility in Oslo. You will work closely with clients to understand their individual fitness goals and design a tailored plan to help them achieve their desired results.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their current fitness level and goals
- Develop personalized workout plans based on clients' goals, abilities, and any medical limitations
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on nutrition and healthy habits
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients of various ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to create effective workout plans that are both challenging and achievable for clients
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
