We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in the city of Os, with a salary of 1100$. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. Your main duties will include assessing the condition of historical sites, designing preservation plans, and overseeing the restoration process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of historical preservation techniques and codes
- Experience working with local and national historic preservation agencies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software

Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits to assess the condition of historical buildings and structures
- Developing preservation plans that adhere to local and national codes
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful restoration projects
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from historic preservation agencies
- Overseeing the restoration process to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintaining accurate records of project progress
- Communicating with clients regarding project updates and any issues that may arise
