Preservation Architect

Our architectural firm in Os is seeking a talented and dedicated Preservation Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preserving historical buildings and structures, as well as a strong knowledge of architectural design principles. This full-time position requires a biometric passport for international travel to oversee preservation projects in various locations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and assessments of historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans and proposals for client approval
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure preservation goals are met
- Oversee the implementation of preservation plans, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Ensure all preservation work meets local building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or changes
- Keep up-to-date with advances in preservation techniques and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on preservation projects
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and techniques
- Excellent research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel internationally for project oversight
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Os (preference for local candidates but open to international candidates with necessary qualifications)
