A reputable company in Os is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month and is open to all nationalities. Candidates must have their own visa and the role is suitable for both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while also seeking out new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Train new hires on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Collaborate with marketing department to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
- Must have own visa for employment in Os
