Babysitter in Gujrat - Live-in Position


We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter to join our family in Gujrat, India. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for the care and well-being of our children, ranging in age from newborn to 10 years old. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and be able to provide references. This is a live-in position with accommodation provided. We are specifically looking for female candidates who are comfortable working in a family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, emotional, and social development
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the children's living and play areas
- Follow any specific routines or instructions provided by the parents
- Monitor the children's health and well-being and report any concerns to the parents
- Communicate effectively with parents on a regular basis regarding their child's progress

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Babysitter or in a similar role
- Ability to provide references from previous families/employers
- Proficiency in basic first aid and CPR for infants and children (or willingness to obtain training)
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks at once
- Understanding of child development stages and needs
- Respectful of cultural differences within the household

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Gujrat, India.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate within our home.

Working Hours:
The working hours will vary depending on our family's needs but will generally be Monday-Friday from 8am to 6pm with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
