Junior Quality Assurance Engineer (Bergen, Norway)


As a rapidly growing tech startup in Bergen, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through testing and troubleshooting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or student with a passion for technology to gain valuable experience in the field of quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of software products
- Identify, report, and track bugs and issues using project management tools
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop test plans and procedures to ensure comprehensive testing coverage
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (students currently pursuing degree may also be considered)
- Experience with manual software testing methods and tools
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1400 per month
