Indian Florist in Nairobi


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Florist to join our team in Nairobi. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and other special events. You will also be required to assist customers in choosing the perfect flowers for their needs, provide excellent customer service, and manage inventory and orders.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Fluent in English and knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist
- Ability to work full-time and flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with customers
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Creative eye for design and attention to detail
- Must be able to handle physical tasks such as lifting heavy flower arrangements
- Experience with floral design software is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions according to customer requests
- Assist customers in choosing the right flowers for their needs while providing excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels by ordering new supplies when needed and maintaining stock levels
- Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery or pickup by customers
- Maintain the cleanliness of the shop and work area at all times
- Provide recommendations on new products or services that may appeal to customers
