Floral Designer

We are a busy floral shop located in Nairobi and we are seeking a talented and experienced Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for flowers and design, as well as strong creative skills. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the shop's inventory of flowers and supplies, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care
- Ability to create unique and aesthetically pleasing arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must have own visa/permit to work in Nairobi

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions
- Maintain the shop's inventory of flowers and supplies
- Ensure that all orders are completed on time and according to specifications
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Assist with general shop duties such as cleaning, restocking, etc.
