Senior Architect - Contract Position in Bergen

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural design projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a contract position for a duration of 6 months in Bergen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead design concepts for various architectural projects
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide effective solutions
- Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other design software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in line with design plans
- Review and approve material samples and specifications for construction projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an architect working on commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders involved in projects

Compensation:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1400 per month. Free visa sponsorship and airfare will be provided for non-local candidates. Accommodation is not included but assistance can be provided in finding suitable accommodation.
