Senior Architect - Bergen, Norway

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve creating innovative and sustainable designs, managing project budgets and timelines, and collaborating with clients and other team members.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Norway
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit, or other software tools
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for the project
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations in Norway
- Mentor junior architects and provide feedback on their work

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an architect in Norway or a similar country (Sweden, Denmark)
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and design skills
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
