Barista - Coffee Shop Specialist (Full-Time)


Our busy coffee shop in Jerusalem is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided, so we are looking for candidates who are already based in Jerusalem and have a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the espresso machine, grinders, and other equipment
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using our POS system
- Ensure all food and drinks meet quality and presentation standards before serving them to customers
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.

Preference:
This job is open for Pakistani or Canadian nationals who are fluent in English. Freshers are welcome to apply as long as they have relevant skills and experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Jerusalem.
