A reputable barbershop in Nakuru, Kenya is seeking an experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and styling services to our diverse clientele. This position requires someone with at least 3 years of experience in the field and a passion for the art of barbering.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and discuss their desired style
- Provide consultations on haircuts and styles that best suit clients' features and preferences
- Use barbering tools such as clippers, scissors, and razors to cut, trim, and shape hair
- Shave and trim beards and mustaches according to clients' preferences
- Perform hair treatments such as coloring, highlighting, and texturizing
- Clean and sanitize tools after each use to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients
- Maintain a clean workstation and assist with general shop cleanliness

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional Barber
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of different hair types and styles, including fades, buzz cuts, pompadours, etc.
- Proficient with various barbering tools such as clippers, scissors, straight razors, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Adaptability to different client preferences and requests
