Data-Analytics Specialist
The Data-Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data and providing actionable insights to improve business operations. This position requires a strong understanding of data analytics techniques and tools, as well as the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner. Responsibilities:
- Analyze large sets of data to identify trends and patterns
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Develop predictive models using statistical methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferences:
- Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering etc.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++
- Fluency in Malayalam or Arabic for communication with team members from the respective regions
