Janitorial Specialist (English-Speaking) - Beer-Sheva, Israel

Our cleaning company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a janitorial specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities, including offices, public areas, and restrooms. This position requires excellent communication skills in English, as you will be interacting with both clients and coworkers who may not speak Hebrew. Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout assigned areas

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, climb ladders or stairs, and perform repetitive tasks
