Architecture Manager


We are a leading architecture firm in Washington, seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify risks and provide solutions to mitigate them
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Mentor and train junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
