Job Title: Construction Manager


Our construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other team members
- Prepare project reports and present progress updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Las Vegas (accommodation provided)

Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
