Project Manager - Part Time (Bergen)

We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Bergen. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include creating project plans, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all project goals are met within the specified timeframe.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Communicate project status updates regularly to stakeholders
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential issues or delays
- Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the duration of the project
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management software/tools
- Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
