Courier Delivery Driver


Our fast-growing courier company is seeking a reliable and experienced Courier Delivery Driver to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Courier Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to our customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company vehicle while adhering to traffic laws and regulations
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle
- Verify package contents and ensure proper documentation is completed
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering packages with a friendly attitude
- Communicate any delivery issues or delays with the dispatcher
- Maintain accurate delivery records and log all activities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a delivery driver or similar role
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as a courier or delivery driver in Kuwait
- Knowledge of local roads and areas in Hawalli
- Fluency in Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam)
- Previous experience working in customer service or retail industries
